Report complaint

Choose the type of complaint and create a new complaint report

  1. Fill in the complaint submission form and make sure all required fields are completed.
  2. Submit your complaint using the "Send report" button. An Ergom employee will receive your submission and update its status.
  3. Print the complaint confirmation and include it in the parcel together with the product under complaint. On the shipping list, enter COMPLAINT in the remarks. After Ergom receives the product, an employee will contact you to agree the details.
